Blood Test At Home's collection kit comes equipped with everything you need in order to collect your sample. Once complete, simply mail in your sample in the pre paid envelope provided, and our CLIA certified lab will process your order. Your results will then be mailed to you. Its that simple! Thyroid Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)	$25.99 Lab Results Included	The TSH test is used to screen for thyroid gland problems. Find out whether the thyroid gland is working properly. C-Reactive Protein Test (Screen for Heart Disease Risk)	$25.99 Lab Results Included	C-reactive protein or CRP appears to be correlated to heart disease risk. Inflammation has been linked to an increased risk of heart disease, heart attack, stroke, and peripheral arterial disease. The body produces CRP during the general process of inflammation.
